Can't access my website? This webpage is not available

since several days I am having an issue sometimes my website keeps on loading and shows This webpage is not available and it’s techbloghq.com
I tried several IPs and browsers and cleared the cache the same issue

any ideas? I contacted my hosting company and they said they site is accessible for them
