Can't access my website get this message instead Parse error: syntax error, unex

  • Hi hopefully someone can help. When i go to look at my website or log on as administrator all I get is this message
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /home/fre76887/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 509

    Theme is chameleon – Elegant. I’ve had the site for about 2 years

    It doesn’t look good. Does anyone know how I can restore it?
