Can't access my site admin

I’ve recently tried to point my own domain name to my wordpress website and have made a bit of a mess of it. I pointed the domain name using my one.com account but it didn’t activate after a good few hours. So I thought I might have to change the site address in the settings section of my dashboard in wordpress but now I can’t even access the website properly or the login page for me to change everything back to how it was. My website is test.simonfinley.net and my personal domain name that I want to point to it is simonfinley.net.

Can anyone help me log into my dashboard area so I can reset it back to normal?
