When I try to log into my admin panel it keeps redirecting back to the log in page. It does not want me to log in to the admin panel. This happened after I uploaded it to our server after I designed it on my localhost. Even my localhost does not want to log in.

I already tried to change the name of the plugin folder so that the plugins will be deactivated and that did ot work.
