Can't access my admin

Why can’t you access your admin area? The devil is in the details…

not sure, when on home screen and try from upper left corner it refreshes the home screen when clicking on dashboard, widgets, all of them. Tried accessing through url same happens??

from my home screen it just refreshes. in the top left where you can access dashboard, widgets, etc. if I click on anything including edit my profile in the top right, it refreshes the home screen? I have other wp sites that all work fine??

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
