Can’t access multiple blogs in WPMU

I just installed WPMU and created the first blog with no problem. I added a second blog and everything went OK as well BUT, I am unable to view the second blog in my browser.

I can’t see where I can select a template for the second blog either.

Can someone direct me to the best source of information on getting WPMU going after installation.

I looked at the database structure and the required tables are present for both blogs.
