Can’t access most areas in Dashboard, goes back to “At a Glance”

  • When I try to access Jetpack in my dashboard, the “At a glance” page seems to load only partially. When I click on “apps” or “plans” nothing happens. If I load the Jetpack settings page it appears to load normally, however if I click on a tab (engagement for example), it brings me back to the “At a glance” page on the Jetpack Dashboard.

    I noticed that when I load any Jetpack page it strips most of the URL out,
    domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard takes me to domain.com/dashboard
    Which I’m assuming isn’t normal behavior?

    That’s definitely not normal behaviour. Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

    I’ll try to do that tonight. I’ve deactivated what I can today with no success, but we’re a fairly high traffic site and I’d like to avoid downtime as long as possible.

    For my own reference, what *should* the dashboard URL be? Should it stay the full “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard”?

    It should, yes.

    It might be worth checking your site’s .htaccess file as well; it may include specific redirect rules that break this URL format.
