Is the matomo a folder/subdirectory on your WordPress installation?
Is there any value as matomo on your WP Hide options ?

    Sorry

I have wordpress in my root and matomo in a sub directory. I have another sub dir that I can access with no problem but I cant with matomo and I dont know why.
I found out it was this plugin last night by disabling it I checked the .htaccess and am puzzled. and no there is no matomo option of anykind in the plugin.

I’am not sure, try to comment out some WP Hide lines inside your .htaccess file, place an # before the line. Ensure you revert to how it was before after complete the testing.

If for some reason can’t figure out, feel free to contact us at wp-hide.com and someone will assist further.
