Can't access localhost/phpmyadmin

  • After i changed the setting in wordpress to link to a website

    the page in local doesnt load anymore

    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    localhost:8888/wordpress
    localhost:/wordpress
    not loading neither

    i change back in myphpadmin/wordpress/wp_option
    to get back to the localhost/wordpress

    and it s still not working..

    any good advice before i jump through the window ?? ??
