Can’t Access List Display Settings

  • In the the WP backend, when I go to Participant Database Settings I’m not able to scroll down the page past ‘Signup Form Settings’. I’m not able to get to List Display Settings to change any settings there.

    I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the latest plugin but am still experiencing the same problem.

    Could you help me fix that?

    These sections are supposed to be displayed as tabs, so it sounds like the tabs functionality is not working. Most likely, this is due to another plugin that is interfering with Participants Database setting up the tabs. I’d suggest you try temporarily deactivating plugins, especially any that have an admin interface that uses tabs.

    Thanks – it was TinyMCE Ultimate that was causing the issues!!!

    OK, you many want to submit a support request to the plugin developer, they are supposed to take care that their javascript and css is not loaded on pages generated by other plugins in the admin.
