Can’t access instructor profile page on mobile without logging in

    hi,

    I found that the public instructor profile page (www.mysite.com/profile/instructorName) doesn’t work on mobile when the user is not logged in. When I click on any link to access the instructor’s public profile page, it will just redirect to the homepage.

    The link works fine after the user login to the site. It also has no problem in desktop as well (no matter log in or not)

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help

    (I have Tutor LMS pro, the most updated version and using Blocksy theme)

    Would you please check for a plugin and theme conflict? There is a high possibility of conflict among other plugins that are creating this issue. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins ( except theme-specific plugins ) and check whether that solves the issue.
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to rule out the conflicting plugin.
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme.
    4. If the issue persists, please activate a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty and check.
      Also, if you’re using any cache plugin/server-side cache, then clear/flush the cache.
