Hopefully that’s just your domain registrar’s holding page, so I recommend contacting their support. If they can’t help, your hosting provider’s support may have some options for you.

If you contact your domain registrar’s support, they should have a way to sort this out for you.

But, that site is down too, so I recommend contacting https://help.enom.com/hc/en-us
