Can’t access file even though I should

    Hi!
    Maybe I understand the plugin wrong, but I have the following issue:

    I have a file, which I protected.

    The private link (domain.com/private/somehash) should be accessible for everyone.

    The protected link (domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/….file.png) should only be accessible for users with the permission. I am currently on the free version, so the file’s author should be able to access the file.
    But this isn’t working. I uploaded a file, and then tried to access it (i am logged in) and get redirected to that 404 Page.
    I have an apache server and disabled Varnish.

    So, the private links are not working either, right?

    If so, it looks like a htaccess conflict that stop our protection from working properly.
