Can’t Access Dashboard Help :)

    first the website stopped because of some problems from host, so i contact with them and they tried to fix it, then they faced another problem (404 error ) then they worked on it and fixed it,They told me that the problem with SSL, but suddenly after i closed the chat, i found that i can’t access to my dashboard, i went to the file manager in cpanel and gave a try with delete plugins and changing names to know what is the problem and i found that the problem with Really-Simple-SSL, i deleted the plugin [thinking that they added or removed some codes or anything] and added it again and the same problem. [Can’t access my dashboard with Really – Simple – SSL] can someone help, i’m not pro in these things ?? thank you.

    Hi,

    do you see an error when logging in via https:// once Really Simple SSL is enabled? Sometimes a redirect loop on the backend can occur, preventing you from logging in. If that’s the case, you can add the following line to your wp-config.php file:

    $_SERVER["HTTPS"] = "on";

    Another option is to clear your browsers cache to see if that does allow you to log in.
