Can’t access dashboard via /admin-wp

    Hello,

    I was alerted to a critical problem with our website in that most of the assets have bugged out. I tried to access the dashboard (www.mcgroup.com/wp-admin) but everytime I enter the correct login credentials (tried with multiple accounts), the page refreshes with this in the URL: “/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mcgroup.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1”

    Can someone help me understand why this error is persisting and how I can resolve it? I suspect it is part of a larger problem with the website, but not sure how I can even attempt to fix it without access to the backend.

    It is built with PHP (v. 7.2.18)
