• Hi,

The new stats page looks really good, but I’m having some trouble navigating it. On my WordPress account I have two blogs installed, one that is self-hosted and an older version that was hosted on wordpress.com.

Whenever I try to access the (old) admin page or edit posts on my .com page I get automatically redirected to the wordpress.com page. For now I can still access the right admin page through the old stats page, but if that functionality goes away in the future I don’t know how to get to right page anymore.

Am I overlooking a button or is this an issue other people are dealing with as well?

    Thank you so much,
    Esmée

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

You can still access the classic dashboard by clicking on “Classic Dashboard” in the sidebar, below the site picker:
    https://i.wpne.ws/Z2Q0

From there, you’ll be able to add or edit posts and pages on both your old WordPress.com site and your new Jetpack-powered site.

Let me know if it helps!

    Thanks for the reply!

When I go to the classic dashboard I end up at the .wordpress.com site instead of the .com. This happens for both websites when I use the ‘switch site’ option. No matter which one I choose, I keep on getting send to the dashboard of .wordpress.com.

I can only access my self-hosted page through the old stats page.

    Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the extra details! That seems like a bug. We’ll get this fixed and I’ll post again here as soon as I have some news.

I noticed that the old stats page is now no longer accessible, so I can’t access my self-hosted site anymore. Is there already an idea of when this will be solved?

You should still be able to access the old stats page, as well as your stats on your self-hosted site’s dashboard, under Jetpack > Site Stats in your dashboard.

We’re still looking into the original problem though, and I’ll let you know as soon as we make progress on this.
