cant access dashboard of self hosted wordpress site

  • i have a self hosted wordpress site, but since past two days i cannot see my dashboard.
    i was doing simple and regular changes and now when i try to login i get the login page to fill username and password and after that it is blank.

    the site working regularly though.
    please help
