Can't access dashboard after upgrading to Jetpack 2.0

This time I’ve followed the correct procedure from WP.org… I have deactivated all plugins but after installing Jetpack 2.0, both from upgrade or stand alone plugin, I cannot access to the dashboard and the only way to proceed for me is to deleted the jetpack folder from plugins folder with file manager.
Now I am without all the features of Jetpack and I’m seriously thinking to abandon it because this year this unaccessability to dashboard happened a lot of time after jetpack updates!
