Can't access Dashboard after Update

  • I can’t access my dashboard after doing some updates. I’m not sure which update did it, and my blog is visible, but I cannot access the dashboard. When I go to my-admin to sign in, this is what I get.

    I don’t know what is missing in the arguments. I need help, and I am not very techie, so I need to be led by the hand.
    Please help.
