Can’t access dashboard after closing the browser tab

Hi, i’ve got a HUGE problem with your plugin, my client can’t access the dashboard i’ve created (following the Paul C tutorials very thoroughly) after closing the browser tab.
No matter what, if they type “mydomain.ext/wp-admin” they get taken to the homepage, and not the custom dashboard redirect as it should be.
Can you fix this??
