Can't Access Dashboard After 3.1.3 Upgrade

I’ve just upgraded automatically to 3.1.3
After upgraded, my blog still can be read blognya.afiynih.com,
but when i go to the login page, i got an error message on the top of page:

When i try to log in, i can’t access to the dashboard,
i only get another error messages:
