• Resolved Everything Modern

    (@arfurnituredesign)

    Hello,

I upgraded hosting plans to the business plan with a private ssl and ip tonight with hostgator.
Everything was working fine, I backed up my database and site.
Right after, I cleared my browsers cache. Tried to log in to my site
arfurnituredesign.com and get the following errors

“Warning: require_once(/home4/beng77/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/beng77/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php on line 55

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/beng77/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home4/beng77/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php on line 55″

I have disabled this plugin, but then I get the same error for Jetpack.
I disabled Jetpack and I get an error that my site is in a redirect loop.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins and putting “-old” after my divi child theme, and parent theme. Renamed plugins to “plugins.hold” and get this url in the search bar with a blank page https://www.arfurnituredesign.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=upgrade.

Any ideas what to do next?

    Thanks,
    Ben

Maybe I should delete Jet pack plugin via ftp?

This is the error I get after I disable wp seo

Warning: require_once(/home4/beng77/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/beng77/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/omnisearch/omnisearch-posts.php on line 4

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/beng77/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-list-table.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home4/beng77/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/omnisearch/omnisearch-posts.php on line 4

I’m getting an error ” Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home3/minvera/public_html/wp-content/plugins/bbpress/includes/common/functions.php on line 1446 ”

I deleted bbpress re installed it & now I can’t access my admin dashboard it goes to a white screen.

Deleted Jetpack and disabled all plugins, reverted to default theme and was still stuck in a redirect loop. Installed Jetpack again and I get the same errors in my first post.
Can anyone help? I really need to get my site back up and running smoothly.

Looks like the problem is in the wordpress-seo plugin – try deleting that one.

@minverafitness – if you still need help, you need to start your own thread – hopping into someone else’s isn’t a good way to get help here.

@wpyogi Thanks for the response. Will I lose all of my settings by deleting the seo plugin? If so, if deleting it works, can I install it from my backup files to restore settings?

Also to update, now I am just getting a 404 page not found when I try to access my dashboard. Not the plugin errors.

    Thanks again,
    Ben

I’m not sure how that plugin works, but generally settings are saved in the database so you should not have to restore from the backup.

But given what you are seeing, try just renaming the plugins folder to plugins.HOLD – that will deactivate all of them for sure (not delete).

I will try that again now.
    Thanks!

Odd, when I look at the plugin now it says “wordpress-seo.bak”
I wonder if hostgator restored the file? Either way, It’s still not working.

Looks like jetpack has .bak listed as well. Maybe gator is trying to resolve the issue now.

What about renaming the plugins folder?

Actually, just reread your OP – this:

hosting plans to the business plan with a private ssl

That’s likely an issue here. Ask HG to help you with it…

I think they are working on it now since I see some files have the .bak and I am no longer getting the plugin errors, only the 404. I have an open ticket with them as well right now.

I will leave this ticket alone for now until I hear from them.

Thank you very much @wpyogi for taking the time to help me out.

Problem solved, you were right it was an issue with the host. I’m able to get in my site now.
Thanks again and I apologize for wasting your time here. Definitely relieved now.

No problem – always stressful when your site goes haywire – and not always easy to tell who can/should help. Just glad you are back up and running :)!
