Can’t access dashboard

I’ve been having a tricky time updating my domain through wordpress and made the mistake of updating the url in my dashboard settings to a new domain and now I am unable to access my dashboard at all ?? It’s probably a super simple fix but I am struggling to get my site back up and running.

Currently I manage my site through a portfolio plugin called Semplice through wordpress, hosting through bluehost and my domain name is from Namecheap.
