can't access css – license expired?

    I have paid to access the css but cannot get into it. Keep getting warning of “licensing expired on this product”. Do I have to have dreamweaver to open it? Thought it would open automatically in notepad???

    All I want to do is change the colour of the buttons…..

    forget it – couldn’t get help here so went elsewhere. WordPress – your css instructions for getting into the Licorice theme to edit it are not clear and dumb.
