Can’t access cockpit control panel

    I installed One Click WordPress on a Vultr server. The site is up and working but I can’t access the cockpit control panel. I get the classic message:

    “This site can not be reached”
    it lists the ip address and says it “took too long to respond”

    I’ve checked the error logs. And can’t find any instances of the port number I’m trying to access.

    Not sure how to resolve this.

    Since it’s been more than a day, it looks like no one around here has been in that situation before. It seems that this isn’t a WordPress itself issue, but rather a server configuration issue, so I would recommend asking at https://my.vultr.com/support/create_ticket/
    Your hosting company knows best how to fix this.
