Can’t access backend chat. Failed to connect websocket

    Uncaught DOMException: Failed to construct 'WebSocket': The URL '/chatchannel?aid=1&pid=' is invalid.

    When I go to backend I get this error on console.
    And server is not connecting…

    And in frontend getting this error:
    Uncaught DOMException: Failed to construct 'WebSocket': The URL '/chatchannel?cid=5444&pid=' is invalid.

    Any fix?

    Hello, looks like this is old version of livechat. It’s not supported. Use 10.* version.

    Using this Version 9.4.1.
    How can I get v 10, it does not show any update button in that plugin to update it?

    Hey in this v10, I can’t see wordpress backend chat option ?? it was there before.
    I mean if my customer messages me then I can get notify in wordpress backend.
    Any hints how can I get that?

    Also in localhost I can’t test it because after putting talk URL and test, it shows CORS error ?? any hints to test it in localhost?

    You need to use 3CX Phone System, for example 3CX StartUP (it has free versions).
