can't access admin page

    I just upgraded to 3.1 and things were moving along fine for a few minutes. Then, I noticed the RSS link wasn’t working so I tried changing the WordPress URL (not the website URL) in settings (where title and so on are). I saw it wasn’t the right answer, so I tried changing it back.

    Now, I can’t even get to my login page and the entire theme is missing. The content is there, but since I can’t get to Admin, I can’t change it back.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks. That’s the standard login page I continued to try with no luck. It just kept taking me to that strange page with my content but no design.
    GOOD NEWS
    BUT, I was able to access my SQL database through my cpanel at Bluehost, locate the value for “siteurl” on the options page and make the change there.

    I did not realize how such a tiny change to my site would bring so much frenzy to my afternoon.
