Can’t able to send mail from wordpress

  • Hi Team,

    I have installed wordpress in my yahoo small business hosting. I have installed a plugin to test mail (It has to and subject field). The mails are not being sent. Also if i change the Admin email id. I cannot see a verification mail being sent. If i ask hosting provider they are telling the issue is with wordpress.

    Please do the needful.

    For the record, Yahoo hosting has a very bad reputation among WP users. I recommend finding another host.

    Try one of the many SMTP plugins to send mail.

    Thanks for your feedback. I have tried the SMTP plugins but no luck.
    Even if I change my admin mail, I am not receiving the verification mail. Till May 12 everything was working fine but donno how it got stopped suddenly.

    Any recommendation of what might be the exact issue ?

    Contact your host and ask them to check whether the mail is being sent.
