Can’t able to See shipping Menu in Vendor front-end and back-end

    Can’t able to See shipping Menu in Vendor front-end and back-end. I am not able to see shipping classes in Vendor page. Please help. ScreenShot Attached

    I cant see the shipping class which I am created. Only 1 shipping class showed which is created itself when a store is created.

  • Hi @arun2445, thanks for reaching WCMp Support!!

    Can you please ensure that you have enabled the “Shipping” option via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment. If this option is enabled, only then the vendor can access the shipping settings.

    Also, as per the default flow, when the vendor gets registered to the site, a shipping class created for his/her shop. Now, the vendor can only access that shipping class only.

    Thanks for your reply. I have one another question. Can I add shipping method for vendor according to zones like Local, Domestic & National? Like Amazon and Flipkart do.

    Hi @arun2445, you can create any number of zones and just add Flat Rate shipping as the shipping method. Now, the vendor can add their own Flat Rate for each other those shipping zones.
