Canonical URL’s not working for AMP pages

    Hello,

    I have the “Canonical URL’s” and “Enable Custom Canonical URLs” checkboxes marked. I set the canonical URL for the AMP home page to be the main sites home page and it works however when I view the page source for all the other AMP pages, the canonical URL is still set as the AMP pages URL. I’ve double checked the URL is correct on the AMP page I’m setting it for however only the home page seems to be taking effect.
