Please update to the latest version of Yoast SEO, 14.0.2 and the “AMP for WP” plugin if you are using that. Then, check if the issue is solved.

That is the version i have since monday, problem is still there.

@machbou7 If you are using Better AMP Plugin from Publisher theme, please reach out to the relevant plugin support to make sure they release an update to make it compatible with the Yoast SEO plugin.

I downgrade to older version of yoast and the problem is resolved.
