    I’m the Connections dev; I do not believe this has anything to do with Yoast SEO. The past couple versions of Connections has improved integration with Yoast; it appears for some reason the filters which update permalink in the Yoast page meta is being run twice.

    I see you are using one of the premium templates, please open a support ticket in your account and I’ll help you sort this issue out. Here’s the link:
