I saw have a scheduled action in progress this hook “wc_facebook_regenerate_feed” and I check the temp feed in /wp-content/uploads/facebook_for_woocommerce/ filename as product_catalog_temp_319b53237e24d54c3f8f4393e0c44982.csv but usually about half of the hour it will stop generating the feed, the file will be about 100m and it stops .when the action wc_facebook_regenerate_feed restart the file will regenerate but it won’t complete it
I don’t know the reason may be in the plugin may be set the action max execute time but I can’t find it.

ps: the last version is ok but after updating the version it cannot complete generating the feed
please help thank you very much!

  • Hi @weibin0227 ??

Thanks for getting in touch with us ??

So just to confirm, if you downgrade to v2.6.8, the feed generates correctly, right?

Also, could you please share with us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to assist further ??

thank you I test in v2.6.8 it cannot generate the feed file
and its displays PHP execution time out (300) but my max execution time set to 1800.

    finally I search “300” in php.ini
    find
; TTL for user-defined php.ini files (time-to-live) in seconds. Default is 300 seconds (5 minutes)
    so set
    user_ini.cache_ttl = 1800
    in php.ini
it’s ok it generate feed ok.
    thank you!

    Hi @weibin0227,

I’m glad increasing the memory helped there.

If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best!
