    Indeed there is enough space but I found that it doesn’t have premission to create new file/folder

    Hi @watchxtra

    Some hosting providers does not show you real free space amount.
    It’s known issue on many shared hosting services also on popular ones.

    But right, as it required only 25 MB, I don’t think you don’t have it.
    You can confirm that by installing 2-3 large plugins, one of them should fail during download (use WordPress plugin section).

    Could you please, let me know if the issue is the same after fixing permissions?
    Our plugin also verifies if it’s possible to create file/directory – it should show proper error in such case, but the validation happens after space check.
