• Hi, our customer encountered the (frontend!) error “CANNOT_BE_NEGATIVE Must be greater than or equal to 0. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place precision is supported.” What is this about? What could trigger it? (we used of free gift product plugin ) https://prnt.sc/CN3f99pke7pt

    Hello @ithemelandco

To assist further, I’d like to clarify: are you involved in the development of the “iThemeland Free Gifts For WooCommerce” plugin? As your username is quite similar as the plugin brand.

If so, it would be helpful if you could provide a copy of the plugin for us to analyze. This would allow us to look into the code and better understand why this behavior is being triggered.

Most likely, the issue is due to the plugin not using a proper hook for adjusting prices in a way that’s compatible with PayPal Payments. With access to the code, we could provide more insight into the exact cause and potential solutions.

Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Krystian
