cannot zoom in iPad

    I am new to WP and started moving my personally built 1000+ page website to WP to make more mobile friendly. I chose the Responsive Theme since I was able to customize it to give the look and feel of the existing site.

    After moving about 20 pages I found out that the Theme does not response at all to zoom by fingers in my Ipad which I found pretty strange. ??

    Please let me know if this is standard for this theme, and if I can change this behavior.
