Cannot View Reviews

  • I created a new shortcode to show the review form and set the post id to the current Woocommerce product. Submitting the review works. In the settings page, you can see all the reviews and their related products, you can also publish a review successfully, but I have not been able to successfully display the published reviews on the frontend. I have set the post id of the shortcode to the related Woocommerce product’s id, I have also set post id to all, I have set showform to 0, hideresponses to 0, hidereviews to 0, and a bunch of other combinations but I just can’t seem to get it to work. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong and I’d please like some help. I have also tried to get an older version of the plugin thinking this issue exists with the current version but WordPress shows me only versions 2.x and I don’t think shortcodes work with those. Thank you in advance.

    UPDATE: I Think I cannot view the reviews because by default, ”
    Enable WP Customer Reviews for this page” is set to “No” for all pages. I wasn’t even aware of this setting. Now I need help switching the setting to “Yes” because I want to show the reviews on a Woocommerce product page and the page does not show up in the Pages tab of WordPress admin, so I do not know how to access the page settings to turn it on.
