I am in the process of updating my website. I have made many aesthetic changes but am keeping most of functionality the same. After deploying changes I am unable to view and print the PDF packing slips and invoices. I get a 500 server error when I try to open them. I have raised my php memory to 1024 and my wordpress memory to 256 (it was 40). I thought that would fix my problems, but it did not. It seems that when I disconnect JetPack (on my staging site) I can view them.I am using WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin.

    Hello @sokysoapworks,

Check the WooCommerce logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs and search logs with the wpo-wcpdf prefix. If any, please share it here.

There’s only one thing in there. I wanted to enter a screenshot of it but can’t figure out how. Here’s what is there. Don’t think this will be much help: 2021-02-22T02:34:54+00:00 CRITICAL Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home4/sokysoap/public_html/staging/5749/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-imagick.php on line 362

    Hello @sokysoapworks,

In fact, I think it does help. Could you please share a screenshot of your System Configuration and Write Permissions under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status tab?

You can use imgur.com or any other image sharing service to do it.

I hope this is what you need. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot @sokysoapworks.

Could you please try adding &debug=true at the end of your document URL and share a screenshot of the output?

I’m sorry but you’ll have to tell me how to do that. I’m totally ignorant of this stuff.

    Don’t worry!

You just need to append &debug=true at the end of the URL of the document, where the error is happening.

    E.g.:

    Original URL: example.com/[…]&_wpnonce=b1ce0a1b6d
    Debugging URL: example.com/[…]&_wpnonce=b1ce0a1b6d&debug=true

Not sure I did it right. I selected the invoice button. When it began loading I went to the address bar and at the end I pasted &debug=true. Got the same 500 Internal Server Error.

@sokysoapworks, did you hit the Enter key after adding &debug=true at the end of the URL? If yes, and nothing has happened other than displaying the same 500 error, please write down the time when you did it and ask your host provider for PHP errors produced at that moment.

When you receive a response from your host, please send us the logs in order to know what is producing this error.

Ok. I will do it again to make sure I did it right and to note the time.

Here they are: I didn’t call. Got info off Metrics in cpanel. If this isn’t what you need I’ll call them. It just takes a while to get through to them.

I got it!! I disable the JetPack image CDN and that took care of the invoice problem as well as the Elementor problem. Thank you for your help.
