Cannot view Feedback

    Hi there folks, first I’ll say what a great plugin!

    May have to get the Pro version soon.

    I have just found the plugin and it seems great, I have performed a ‘test feedback’ and have found that on the admin side of the site, I cannot actually view the feedback that has been.

    I have included a screen shot of what I get when I click on the individual feedback that I want to view.

    The screen shot shows an error code displayed in the right toolbar that says… “

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_statuses() on a non-object in /home2/uprise/public_html/bestseoguide.org/wp-content/plugins/usernoise/html/publish-meta-box.php on line 42

    FYI – I have disabled all other plugins and attempted to view feedback again.

    It is also worth noting, the plugin is on https://bestseoguide.org and not the URL above.

  • I was going to open a new thread but I happen to have exactly the same problem with the only caviat that I don’t get an error message. I still can’t see the feedback though.

    I get no error though, just a blank page

    Hate to be one of those guys, but exact same problem here. I guess this is a bug with one of the recent updates. This is kind of urgent as I would really like to see the messages that my visitors are trying to send to me. I wonder if there is a file somewhere where I can see the raw text of the message until we get a fix.

    I just tried copying and pasting my backedup up usernoise folder but it doesnt work and my site crashes (white screen).

    How does this issue not get noticed before deployment?

    Shall we remove this plug in? and install new one? so at least we can view feedback send by customers.

    Looks like it’s resolved in the latest version (3.7.8)
