Cannot Verify

  • Having the same problem. Clicking “Authenticate with your Google account”, allowing MonsterInsights to access Google Analytics data, receiving code, pasting code into “Paste your Google code here” field and clicking “Save authentication code”. The page reloads with nothing changed, specifically no option to choose a google analytics profile as illustrated in the docs (https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/connect-google-analytics/ – step 7).

    Hi Chris, I refreshed the page and it worked for me. It could be that the person does not have a GA account associated the their Google account, in which case an error message would be nice.

    Hello, I am just looking into MonsterInsights plugin. I am clicking the button to Authenticate against account and it is doing nothing. Tried in Firefox and Chrome. Have cleared and refreshed cache as well. I was using another plugin to track analytics and it was working. Maybe that plugin left some sort of trace that this one does not like? Any help you can offer would be great. ??
