Cannot use Visual Editor, no editing toolbar and unable to insert images in 3.5

I have the same issue. The only button on page/posts is the add media button. All of the other editor buttons have disappeared. The add media button will not insert media into the page.

Same here. I am hoping someone will be able to help. I cannot create posts due to these problems.

Hi There – this issue is still unresolved for me. Is there anything else I can try? This is really causing me grief as this site is my livelihood, and I can’t update it as I need to.

As an artist, being able to readily upload and gallery images is key for me, and I can not do that with the current problems.

How far did you get when you enabled the Javascript console? What errors (if any) did you get when you enabled the javascript console and you tried to use the Visual Editor and upload images?
