Cannot use stock status condition

for another example of a page with this strange result. WooCommerce reports the stock status of this product as “On BackOrder” and the label should be displayed only when the stock status is “In Stock”. However, the “In Stock” label is again displayed.

I would appreciate some help understanding why this is happening and how to structure the label so that it behaves as desired.

I have now made to change to the product at:

https://dunbarmedical.com/products/clinic-equipment-supplies/disinfectants-cleaners/webcol-alcohol-preps/

so that its stock status changed from “On Backorder” to “Out of Stock” and it now displays correctly. The product mentioned in the opening post does have the status “On Backorder”, however, and still displays incorrectly.

Could it be that the plugin somehow treats the Stock Status = “In Stock” condition as being met when the status is either “Isn Stock” or “On BackOrder”? I would expect that it would be require the status to be “In Stock” only for the condition to be met.
