    Hello TomQv,

This is a theme incompatibility issue: your theme’s code doesn’t support the Quick View button clicks for products that are inserted via AJAX. There are 2 ways to battle this:

    1. Assigning your preset’s Filtering style to URL filters will fix the issue, but leave you without the advantages of AJAX reloads.

    2. If you use a free theme, send us the link to its WordPress page, and we will look into this issue for you. If the theme that you use is premium, please use our contact form to provide us with the link to your shop page, and we will try to find a Javascript fix for you.

    Dear TomQv,

Unfortunately annasta Filters isn’t currently active on the page that your link is leading to, and without it being present on the page it is rather hard to search for the fix.

Furthermore, I would like to stress the fact that by no means this is any kind of “bug” on the part of our plugin. There are ways to attach events (for Quick View and/or other elements) so that they would support AJAX, and the fact that your theme doesn’t do that has nothing to do with us.

Any help with such issues is offered by us exclusively out of courtesy and wish to provide our users with better support. You are obviously always free to contact your theme authors and/or search for a filtering plugin that would provide specialized support for your theme!

    Hello TomQv,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I will mark this thread as resolved, but please feel free to open another one if you have any further questions!
