Cannot use plugin? Not showing in the menu on the left?

Not sure what’s going on but every time I try to install and activate the plugin nothing changes, there’s no submenu on the left. Any help? Thanks.

EDIT: Changed colour scheme and it appeared, strange. Cheers.
