Cannot use Dashboard or any features

I cannot get past the first layer of any dashboard feature maximum, and sometimes can’t even get my home page open. I get the following errors across multiple IPs (Google Chrome/Safari/IE10/Mozilla and on two different computers:

The connection to server.net was interrupted.
Here are some suggestions:

Check your Internet connection. Reboot any routers, modems or other network devices that you may be using.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted programme in your firewall or antivirus software’s settings. If it is already a permitted programme, try deleting it from the list of permitted programmes and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don’t believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect the “Use a proxy server for your LAN” checkbox.
Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.I was able to uninstall some widget and SEO files on the GoDaddy FTP site, my hosting provider says they’re fine, my Internet provider says they’re fine. The most I get that’s not an error reading is a blank page on any Dashboard tab I click on, and refreshing the screen does not fix it. HELP! I cannot work on anything!
