• Hello!
I am completely new to www.remarpro.com. I had been reading a lot about the ease of creating a website with BlueHost and www.remarpro.com and decided to go ahead and do it. However, after having registered my domain name and downloading www.remarpro.com with BlueHost’s 1-click download, I cannot seem to figure out how to upload any media to my site.

I designed a logo that I wanted to place at the top of my theme, but receive an HTTP Error code every time I try it. I even tried uploading different photos from my computer in all different formats to see if anything would load. Nothing seems to work. I’ve read on forums to remove certain plug-ins. Well, I’ve deactivated every single one and have had no luck. I even downloaded FileZilla in order to change some sort of “file permissions” that I can’t find. All around, I’m confused.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

There is a 403 forbidden error (permissions by your host or a corrupt .htaccess file).

I would first try uploading a fresh .htaccess file. If that doesn’t work contact your hosting provider and explain the issue.

    Kind regards,
    ClicksFix

I get this problem too. I try to fix it, but I can’t get the solution. I was tried :
    1. changed permission
    2. change media settings
    3. try to deactivate all plugins
Please help me. Thank You ^__^

Please create a new topic with a detailed description of what error you are receiving, your hosting provider, and your site URL so I can take a look. It’s best to keep each request in different threads because they could require different solutions to fix.

(If in your case you are also receiving a 403 forbidden error then it’s most likely a server permission error, which usually your host has control of.)
