Cannot upload profile photo

    While uploading, the Apply button frozen and stays like that for hours https://prnt.sc/qr28ak (can cancel). Different photos was tried, different px was tried. The plugin was just installed from the scratch.

    It’s still the same. It doesn’t work for me in a fresh Twenty Seventeen theme.
