Cannot upload plugins through FTP.

  • After some plug in details caused me to receive a database error, I was unable to access my dashboard. I changed the name of the plug ins folder in FTP and it came back online.

    I then deleted my plugins from the server so that I could individually re-upload the backed up plugins to see which had caused the issue.

    Now when I upload a plugin through FTP (I don’t want to loose all of my settings so i really want to use the backups I have) they do not appear in my plugins folder.

    Does anybody have any idea what I can do?
