Cannot Upload Pix: "Missing a temporary folder"

  • When I try to upload a photo to my WordPress 3.5 blog I get a message “”xxx.jpg has failed to upload due to an error – Missing a temporary folder.”

    Help please. What must I do now to rectify this?
