Cannot upload images/media in agent’s front page management

    Hi,

    I log in as an agent. I tried to add new property listing, but I cant add images or media. The click button is there, but when I click it, it doesnt do anything. I can add it when I log in as administrator, but when I log in as an agent, I could not do it. Any idea how to solve it?

    Hello,
    Please check if the theme you use or any other plugin on your website enables jquery ui separately.
    The jquery ui is available in WP core, and it should be used for all the plugins and themes. You can check that by switching temporarily to WP default theme and disabling the plugins you have on the website.
